Abstract

The invention discloses a predictive control method for the temperature in the gas phase replacement moistening process of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces. The method comprises the following steps: using a unit step response model for the temperature of a traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece moistening room and the opening of a steam valve as a dynamic prediction model according to the temperature control structure of the gas phase replacement moistening process of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces; minimizing secondary performance index functions of the temperature tracking deviation of the moistening room and the opening variation of the steam valve in a future period of time; and calculating the opening variation of the steam valve in the gas phasereplacement moistening process of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in real time to realize the optimal automatic control of the moistening temperature tracking set value in the gas phase replacement moistening process of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
