A dual driving mode is adopted by the traction winch, tension of a tethered mooring rope is released through friction of a capstan and the mooring rope, a protection function on mooring rope arranging is achieved, and the traction winch is a main driving device of lift-off recycling. The mooring rope storage winch is used for storing the mooring rope, and cooperates with the flexible mooring rope arranging mechanism centering on a servo motor to achieve a function of multilayer precise mooring rope arranging. The measuringand control system is used for data collection of the mooring system and the system work state and achieving control over the system. The auxiliary winch is composed of three electric control winches,and has the function of aiding aerostat lift-off and recycling and ground mooring.
