The application provides a class-independent pose estimation method and system based on collaborative matching supervision, comprising: acquiring an image dataset containing multiple basic categories, and constructing a pose estimation model containing a feature extraction module, a general prior module, a pose optimization module, and a collaborative matching supervision module; in the training process, the feature extraction module performs feature extraction on the input training image, outputs multi-scale image features, the pose optimization module iteratively optimizes the learnable key point embedding vector and the initial pose parameter from the general prior module based on the multi-scale image features, and outputs the predicted pose result, and the collaborative matching supervision module groups the same images and solves the global optimal key point matching relationship to construct a consistency loss, and drives the model to learn the transferable structured knowledge. In the test process, the trained model can directly output complete pose estimation results for a single new category image without any auxiliary information.
