Abstract

The laser device modulation circuit based on white noise comprises an arbitrary waveform generator and an LD biasing circuit, the arbitrary waveform generator generates high-frequency white noise, and the high-frequency white noise is loaded to an input end of the LD biasing circuit; an output end of the LD biasing circuit provides driving current for a laser device chip D1, and the loaded white noise is superposed on the driving current so as to change the driving current. The laser device modulation circuit basedon white noise of the invention realizes stability of light output by the laser device, is simple in circuit and easy to operate; and compared with a mode of introducing a polarization mode scrambler,system cost is relatively low and system is relatively simple.
