The method comprises the steps of: establishing an active distributionnetwork mathematical model and a distributed generation and hybrid active power filter device of the active distribution network; according to the mathematical model of each distributed generation system, calculating the fundamental wave flow and the harmonic power flow of the active distribution network, and analyzing the harmonic wave problem in the active distribution network; and according tothe mathematical model of the hybrid active filter, constructing a single-target optimization model of the position and the capacity of the hybrid active filter by taking the minimum total cost of thesystem as a target to obtain an optimal configuration result of the hybrid active filter in the active power distribution network.
