Abstract

However, when the hob is installed, there may be an error in the angle of intersection of the hob installation shaft. The invention is based on the fact that the gear surface simulation model and the hob model have been established and an ideal gear surface model has been obtained. This method is feasible and correct. This method is an application of the digital simulation method of the column gear hobbing machining process proposed by the above invention, and the influence of the shaft angle error e[sigma]on the tooth profile is considered in the third step of the above invention.
