Embodiment Construction

[0021] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with specific examples, but is not limited thereto.

[0022] figure 1 As shown, an end effector of an upper limb rehabilitation robot includes

[0023] end outer ring;

[0024] The terminal inner ring is coaxially rotated and arranged in the inner hole of the terminal outer ring, that is, the terminal inner ring can relatively coaxially rotate in the inner hole of the terminal outer ring, but cannot move axially;

[0025] The inflatable arm contact ring 2 is fixedly arranged in the inner hole of the end inner ring and can rotate synchronously with the end inner ring, and the outer peripheral wall of the inflatable arm contact ring 2 is fixed in the inner hole of the end inner ring on the wall.

[0026] In a feasible embodiment of the present invention, the terminal outer ring includes a detachably connected semicircular terminal outer ring upper half 1 and a terminal outer ring lower half 3 . One e...

Abstract

The invention discloses a tail end execution device of an upper limb rehabilitation robot. The tail end execution device comprises a tail end outer ring, a tail end inner ring coaxially and rotatablyarranged in an inner hole of the tail end outer ring, and an inflatable arm contact ring fixedly arranged in the inner hole of the tail end inner ring and can synchronously rotate with the tail ring inner ring. The upper limb rehabilitation robot is connected with the arm in the applying process for rehabilitation, the inflatable arm contact ring can be suitable for patients of different arm diameter parameters and prevents the tail end execution device from being damaged through flexible contact. The inner ring and the outer ring can rotate oppositely to facilitate arm posture adjustment andprevent secondary hurt caused by axial malposition of the arm, and accordingly the purposes of more convenient wearing, more comfortable contact and more personalized adjustment in the upper arm rehabilitation process are achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of human body rehabilitation, in particular to an end effector of an upper limb rehabilitation robot. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of living standards, the proportion of aging population continues to increase. Stroke is a high-incidence disease in the elderly, and hemiplegia caused by stroke will greatly affect the daily life of patients. Through the systematic and scientific training of the upper limb rehabilitation robot, the range of motion, muscle strength, and flexibility of the affected side of the hemiplegic patient can be restored, and the ability of daily life can be improved. The end effector of the rehabilitation robot acts as an intermediate connection between the mechanical arm and the arm. During the rehabilitation process, it needs to drive the patient's upper limbs to move according to a certain trajectory. This requires that the end effector and the arm cannot move relative to ...
