The device comprises: a laser emission device having N semiconductor lasers arranged in an emission array andconfigured to emit N emission light, wherein the N semiconductor lasers are arranged on M emission circuit boards of the laser emission device, and M is smaller than N; an emission module configured to regulate the angles of the N emission light; a receiving module configured to regulate the angles of incident light; and a laser receiving device having N photoelectric sensors arranged in a receiving array and configured to receive the incident light regulated by the receiving module, wherein the position of the nth semiconductor laser in the emission array is the same as the position of the nth photoelectric sensor in the receiving array, the emission module and the receiving module have corresponding optical paths, and the emission light emitted by the nth semiconductor laser is incidentinto the nth photoelectric sensor after passing through a target object.
