During casting of the cladding layer, a cladding material can be upwards extruded through a feeding through hole in the base, the locatinginner mold is upwards and tightly erected by the extruded cladding material, so that the locating inner mold and a grain are enabled to upwards and tightly erect the upper mold; the upper mold and the casting outer mold are in axial location through the locating pins; a feeding passage is formed among the lower end and the side wall of the locating inner mold and an inner cavity in the bottom part of the casting outer mold, and the cladding material enters from the feeding passage into the inner cavity of the casting outer mold from bottom to top so as to clad the outer wall of the grain; meanwhile, the vacuum tank is vacuumized through vacuumizing equipment, and the cladding material in the inner cavity of the casting outer mold can be upwards sucked through exhaust vents in a limiting circular truncated cone of the upper mold.
