The solid-state microwave power source controls operating frequency, phase andpower level of a microwave signal by controlling the solid-state microwave power source, thereby controlling uniform distribution of microwave energy in a cavity of the microwave heating device and improving uniformity of the microwave heating system. Wherein the solid-state microwave power source includes: a microwave signal generating circuit configured to generate a microwave signal with a frequency corresponding to a first adjustment signal; an adjustment circuit connected to the microwave signal generator for adjusting the power level and the phase of the microwave signal generated by themicrowave signal generator according to a second adjustment signal, so that the microwave energy of the microwave signal is evenly distributed within the cavity of the microwave heating device; and acontrol circuit that is in electrical connection to the microwave signal for outputting the first adjustment signal and is connected to the adjustment circuit, for outputting the second adjustment signal.
