Abstract

The long-effect heat-resistant polypropylene composition is prepared from the followingcomponents in parts by weight: 56 to 85 parts of polypropylene resin, 10 to 20 parts of a toughener, 5 to 20 parts of filler, 0.5 to 2 parts of pigment, and 0.2 to 2 parts of an antioxidant, whereinthe antioxidant is a reaction product of pentaerythritol and p-hydroxybenzene fatty acid substance. The long-effect heat-resistant polypropylene composition has the advantages that by adding the autonomously synthesized macromolecular antioxidant, the molecular weight is higher, the separation is avoided, and the effect is lasting; the heat aging-resistant level of the polypropylene composition material is effectively improved.
