Abstract

The invention discloses a quick detection method for high concentration ammonia and nitrogen and heavy metals in industrial wastewater. The quick detection method comprises the following steps: (1) sampling a waste water sample by a standard sampling method; (2) determining the detection frequency of the waste water sample according to a production period, and sampling the sample once every 2h with the production period within 8h, sampling the sample once every 4h with the production period longer than 8h, and calculating the highest permitted discharged solution according to a daily average value; (3) filtering the waste water sample, removing precipitates and solid suspensions in the waste water, and adding activated carbon to further adsorb and settle to obtain waste water clean liquor;(4) detecting the content of heavy metals in the waste water by mean of a heavy metal detection device; and (5) carrying out an absorbancy experiment on the waste water sample to determine the ammonia nitrogen content in the waste water. Compared with the prior art, the method can detect the ammonia nitrogen content and the heavy metal content, the detection sensitivity is higher than that of a conventional testing method, and the detection method is quicker, more intuitive, easy to operate, low in cost and accurate and stable in testing result.
