Embodiment Construction

[0062] The present invention will be further elaborated below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0063] At present, the landing guidance application of the microwave landing system is limited to landing approach guidance with a fixed glide path relative to the landing point when the aircraft is aligned with the runway. The landing scenario is as follows figure 1 shown. In this scenario, the microwave landing system knows a definite landing point coordinates, and can convert the azimuth, elevation, and distance information of the aircraft relative to the ground station measured by the microwave landing system into the aircraft relative to the landing point through a series of algorithms. Azimuth, elevation, and distance data, from which the aircraft's azimuth deviation, elevation angle deviation and distance relative to the approach route are obtained and reported to the pilot and the flight control system.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for broken-line aircraft approach guidance through a microwave landing system. The method comprises the following steps: establishing an airport landing point rectangular coordinate system, wherein the rectangular coordinate system is established with an airport landing point serving as an original point, the central line of a runner serves as the X axis of the coordinate system, the direction to the tail end of the runner serves as a positive direction, the Y axis and the X axis are located on a same horizontal plane, and the Z axis is directed to the sky; acquiring orientation, elevation and distance information of an aircraft during broken-line aircraft approach; and carrying out staged landing guidance through the microwave landing system according to aplanned flight route, wherein the intersection of an extension line of a selected glide angle of the aircraft in each stage and the X axis or the Y axis serves as a virtual landing point of the corresponding stage, and elevations of the aircraft relative to the virtual landing points are calculated, which are then reported, together with information of orientations and distances of the aircraft relative to the airport landing point, to a pilot and a flight control system for reference. The method is provided for the broken-line aircraft approach guidance through the microwave landing system,is applicable to an aircraft approach scenario with a fixed landing flight route, and particularly meets the requirements of autopilot landing or unmanned aerial vehicle landing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of ground-based navigation, relates to a microwave landing system, and aims to invent a method for guiding an aircraft to make a zigzag approach by utilizing the microwave landing system. Background technique [0002] The microwave landing system is a precision guidance system that provides all-weather landing guidance services for aircraft, and can provide aircraft with azimuth, elevation, and distance information relative to various ground guidance stations. In the current application, the aircraft uses the microwave landing system for landing guidance to approach with a fixed glide angle relative to the landing point. However, in some occasions, the aircraft landing at a fixed glide angle during the approach process cannot meet the aircraft's route planning requirements, and the aircraft must approach with a multi-segment zigzag route, and the existing microwave landing system guidance method is no longer necessary...
