Abstract

The invention discloses a three-dimensional layout method for a heating surface of a power station boiler and a three-dimensional layout heating surface. The three-dimensional layout method is characterized by comprising the following steps: separately dismounting high-temperature heating surfaces of two sets of heating surface systems into two or more sections of sub heating surfaces, and mutually staggering each section sub heating surface of each high-temperature heating surface of two sets of heating surface systems at the same depth position in a flue in a boiler width direction to form the three-dimensional layout heating surface. The three-dimensional layout heating surface is obtained by the method. The high-temperature heating surface is dismounted into multiple sections, and heatabsorption of each section is reduced, so that basic conditions which generate temperature deviation are inhibited; and the heating surfaces are arranged in parallel, so that the heating surfaces areone half the width of a furnace hearth at a smoke gas side and a working medium side, and therefore, a range that temperature deviation can be generated is reduced; front and rear heating sections are arranged in a staggered mode, so that generated temperature deviation can be corrected. Wall temperature deviation of the high-temperature heating surface is reduced in many aspects, so that the boiler can reach higher parameters under the same material condition, and therefore, integral efficiency of the unit is favourably improved.
