The invention discloses a
processing method of protecting SOD of concentrated
rosa roxburghii juice. The
processing method comprises the following steps of refrigerating
rosa roxburghii fruits, performing low-temperature cleaning, performing low-temperature
oxygen-separation breaking and squeezing, performing
reverse osmosis membrane concentration of pre-
microfiltration, and performing sealing and
cold storage, wherein the step of low-temperature
oxygen-separation breaking and squeezing is used for leading
inert gas to a breaking
machine and a squeezing
machine set for separating
oxygen and maintaining
positive pressure environment, so that the breaking and squeezing process is in a low-temperature oxygen-separation state; the step of
reverse osmosis membrane concentration of pre-
microfiltration is used for performing membrane concentration after compressed
fruit juice is subjected to multi-level
filtration (including
microfiltration), wherein the concentration process is in the low-temperature oxygen-separation state. In an entire production course of the
processing method, any foreign chemicals (free from
pollution) are added, steam is not needed in the production course, and the
electricity consumption is low; and drained waste water drained by cleaning fruits, and
rosa roxburghii dry residues can be cycled in a green ecological manner. The processing method disclosed by the invention is an environmentally-friendly energy saving technique, and is particularly suitable for being used in Guizhou regions with good
ecology and low temperature.
