The processing method comprises the following steps of refrigerating rosa roxburghii fruits, performing low-temperature cleaning, performing low-temperature oxygen-separation breaking and squeezing, performing reverse osmosis membrane concentration of pre-microfiltration, and performing sealing and cold storage, wherein the step of low-temperature oxygen-separation breaking and squeezing is used for leading inert gas to a breaking machine and a squeezing machine set for separating oxygen and maintaining positive pressure environment, so that the breaking and squeezing process is in a low-temperature oxygen-separation state; the step of reverse osmosis membrane concentration of pre-microfiltration is used for performing membrane concentration after compressed fruit juice is subjected to multi-level filtration (including microfiltration), wherein the concentration process is in the low-temperature oxygen-separation state.
