Embodiment Construction

[0053] The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the preferred embodiments described here are only used to illustrate and explain the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention.

[0054] The invention provides a laser-induced fluorescence bleaching velocimeter based on an optical fiber bundle, which aims to replace the single-core optical fiber or small hole in the detection part of the velocimeter with the fiber bundle, and solve the problem that the laser-induced fluorescence bleaching velocimeter cannot identify the direction of the velocity. In the embodiment of the present invention, the number of single-core optical fibers contained in the optical fiber bundle of the laser-induced fluorescence bleaching velocimeter based on the fiber bundle (hereinafter referred to as "LIFPA velocimeter") can be determined according to the specific applic...

Abstract

The invention discloses a laser induced fluorescence photobleaching anemometer based on an optical fiber bundle, which comprises a measurement subsystem, wherein the measurement subsystem collects output fluorescence signals by using a multi-core optical fiber bundle, transmits the fluorescence signals to an optical detector, measures the fluorescence signals received by each optical fiber in themulti-core optical fiber bundle, and then obtains the velocity magnitude and direction corresponding to a fluid in the flow field according to a corresponding numerical algorithm. The laser induced fluorescence photobleaching anemometer solves a problem that the traditional LIFPA (Laser Induced Fluorescence Photobleaching Anemometer) cannot measure the velocity direction of the fluid, and expandsthe application scope and accuracy of the LIFPA for fluid velocity measurement.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of micro-nano flow field velocity measurement, in particular to a laser-induced fluorescence bleaching velocimeter based on an optical fiber bundle. Background technique [0002] Laser Induced Fluorescence Photo leaching Anemometer (LIFPA for short) technology is one of the latest micro-nano flow field velocity measurement technologies, which is mainly used in the design of micro-nano fluidic chips and the research of micro-nano fluid dynamics mechanism. Realize the measurement of the velocity of micro-nano flow field with high temporal and spatial resolution, the spatial resolution can reach tens to hundreds of nanometers, and the temporal resolution can reach more than 10kHz. [0003] LIFPA technology is mainly through the confocal microscope system. The excitation light beam generated by the continuous laser is focused on the flowing fluid through a high numerical aperture and high magnification lens. The...
