Abstract

The top opening of the sterilization bin is a feed inlet, on which a top seal door is disposed. The side wall ofthe sterilization bin is equipped with a safety valve, a steam inlet valve, an exhaust valve, and a temperature and pressure detection device. A parallel seal gate valve is arranged between the sterilization bin and the crushing bin. The gate valve includes a valve body and a gate plate slidably plugged in the valve body. The valve body is connected to the sterilization bin and the crushing bin byflanges respectively, and the gate plate is connected to a first motor through a screw rod sliding block device. The crushing bin is internally equipped with a first-level crushing device. The crushing bin and the degradation bin are connected by flanges and the internal spaces are communicated. The degradation bin is internally equipped with a second-level crushing mixing device and an electricheating pipe, and the bin wall is equipped with a temperature detection device, a starter feeding device, an air outlet and a discharge port.
