Abstract

The present application provides a battery thermal management monitoring device and an electric vehicle. The battery thermal management monitoring device comprises heat conduction and thermal insulation composite boards, a flow channel board, a battery module, a monitoring board and a processing unit. A heat conduction board and a thermal insulation board are attached together. A heat conduction flange is disposed on a side of the heat conduction board and perpendicular to the heat conduction plate. The heat conduction and thermal insulation composite boards are disposed in parallel on the flow channel board. The battery is disposed between adjacent heat conduction and thermal insulation composite boards. The monitoring board is disposed at an end of the battery away from the flow channelboard and is in contact with the battery. The processing unit is electrically connected to the monitoring board. According to the temperature monitored by the monitoring board, the battery is monitored. The battery thermal management monitoring device provided by the present application can monitor the state of the battery in real time. When the battery has a fault due to overheating, the hazard can be reduced and a user can be notified of the anomaly of the battery in time.
