Abstract

A medicine-carrying chitosan / gelatin slow-release microparticle algistat is disclosed. Chitosan and gelatin are adopted as carrier materials to embed the phenolic acid type active allelochemical through an emulsification crosslinking reaction to prepare the slow-release microparticles. Preparation steps include adding the allelochemical into a glacial acetic acid solution containing chitosan; adding the solution into liquid paraffin containing span80; performing uniform high-temperature emulsification; then adding an aqueous gelatin solution into the emulsion mentioned above, stirring and emulsifying the mixture, cooling the mixture, and then adding dropwise glutaraldehyde for crosslinking and curing; performing centrifugation, washing, precipitation, suction filtration and then vacuum drying to obtain the slow-release microparticles. The phenolic acid type active allelochemical and the micro-nano capsule technique are combined to prepare the slow-release microparticle algistat which is small in particles size and which is not liable to expand or sink. Microcystis aeruginosa suppressing time of the allelochemical in water bodies is prolonged, and the cost is reduced. The algistat is applied in real algal inhibition field, and provides a novel technical route for application of the phenolic acid type active allelochemical in algal inhibition in natural water bodies.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an algae inhibitor and a preparation method, in particular to a drug-loaded chitosan / gelatin slow-release particulate algae inhibitor and a preparation method, and belongs to the technical field of water body eutrophication inhibition of algae outbreak. Background technique [0002] Microcapsules have broad application prospects in the field of drug controlled release because of their excellent controlled release properties such as long-acting, high-efficiency, targeting, and low side effects. Because this technology is developed in interdisciplinary fields, it has become a research hotspot for workers in the fields of materials, chemistry, chemical engineering, biology and medicine at home and abroad. The sustained release of drug-loaded microparticles is a technology to control the release rate and release direction of embedded drugs, and there are few researches and applications in the treatment of aquatic ecology.
