Abstract

The invention provides a rotation three-dimensional laser measurement system, which comprises a data acquisition device, an acquisition auxiliary device and a data analysis and processing device. Thedata acquisition device comprises a laser range finder and a calibration reference plane. The acquisition auxiliary device comprises a pan-tilt support, a horizontally-rotating pan-tilt arranged on the pan-tilt support and a sensor support fixedly arranged on the horizontally-rotating pan-tilt. The laser range finder is mounted on the sensor support to realize two-dimensional scanning perpendicular to the pan-tilt. The data analysis and processing device is connected with the data acquisition device and the acquisition auxiliary device and is used for receiving and processing data sent by theacquisition device, and sending the data to the horizontally-rotating pan-tilt to control the horizontally-rotating pan-tilt to rotate. The invention also provides a plane calibration method based onthe rotation three-dimensional laser measurement system. The method can realize calibration of horizontal installation deviation angle and horizontal eccentric distance of the laser range finder, andcorrect the point cloud registration process, thereby improving reconstruction accuracy of a three-dimensional point cloud image.
