Abstract

The invention provides a polymorphic manufacturing system operation risk modeling method based on operation data fusion. The method comprises the following specific steps: 1, considering a productiontask and the influence of an in-process product and production equipment on a process, and determining a quantification factor and a framework of an operation risk; 2, constructing equipment input andoutput state parameters and performance state distribution thereof; 3, quantifying the basic risk value of the equipment; 4, decomposing the task to obtain a dominant risk value of the production task; 5, describing transmission of the key quality characteristics of the product at each station; 6, determining a hidden risk value of the product in process; 7, determining basic probability distribution by using fuzzy mapping; 8, fusing the operation risk indexes of the three different sources, and outputting a system operation state; 9, carrying out effectiveness analysis of operation risk modeling, so as to overcome fuzziness caused by direct fusion of different source data.
