The vehicle-mounted high-integration hybrid power supply comprises an accumulator, an inductor, a super capacitor, a conventional capacitor and a NPC three-level inverter; the inductor is serially connected with the accumulator to form a first branch, and apositive electrode of the accumulator is connected to a DC bus through the inductor; the super capacitor and the conventional capacitor are serially connected to form a second branch which is connected with the first branch in parallel; the NPC three-level inverter is connected with the second branch in parallel; the NPC three-level inverter comprises a first switch tube, a second switch tube, a third switch tube, a fourth switch tube, a first diode and a second diode.
