Abstract

The invention provides a method for suppressing interference noise in spectral measurement through frequency modulation, and relates to suppression of the interference noise in the spectral measurement. By adoption of the method provided by the invention, the technical problems that the existing method for suppressing the interference noise in the spectral measurement is poor in suppression effectand complicated in structure or the like are solved. The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: in the method for suppressing the interference noise in the spectral measurement through frequency modulation, a frequency modulation method is adopted to select appropriate modulation frequency, and when the modulation frequency is an integer or a half integer multiple of that of a free spectral region, the interference noise can be effectively suppressed. According to the method provided by the invention, only the appropriate modulation frequency needs to be selected, the shot noise canbe suppressed by performing frequency modulation on the spectrum without adding additional components and parts, meanwhile, the interference noise is further suppressed, and the detection sensitivityof the system is improved. Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the invention has the advantages of being simple and convenient, good in interference noise suppression effect and the like.
