The system comprises a server platform, the plurality of NB-IoT alarms interconnected to the server platform, and a remote monitoring terminal connected to the server platform. The NB-IoT alarms are provided with NB-IoT communication modules so as to send monitoringdata and alarm state information to the server platform through Internet of things cloud formed by interconnecting the multiple NB-IoT alarms. The NB-IoT alarms are provided with the NB-IoT communication modules which are connected to a cloud server network so that alarm information can be timely uploaded to the server platform (cloud). The cloud carries out real-time monitoring so as to realizeuniform processing and issuing of reported data, and according to a preset requirement, dangerous situation position information and the like can be synchronously pushed to a property management office, a fire protection office, a street office, a homeowner and the like so as to achieve purposes of rapid identification and response and processing of a dangerous situation.
