The method comprises the following steps that 1) a time-of-use power price mechanism is adopted, and one day is divided into T time periods at equal time intervals; 2) before each time period begins, a predicted new energy power generation power value and charging price of a current time period are updated, and the charging price of the current time period is divided into high-low-medium stages separately according to predicted values of new energy output of all the time periods; 3) the minimum curve load peak-valley difference of a power distribution network, the minimum total charging cost of a user and the maximum consumption amount of new energy are taken as an optimized objective function; 4) the new energy is utilized for charging the electromobile. The purpose is to provide the orderly charging method capable of effectively reducing load fluctuation of the power distribution network and the charging cost of the user and effectively promoting new energy consumption for the electromobile.
