The cooling tower comprises a cooler tower body, a heat exchange device, a filter net and a cleaning device, wherein the cooling tower body is used for lowering the temperature of circulating water and comprises a shell and a second air inlet which is formed in the shell; the heat exchange device is disposed on the outer side of the shell, located at the second air inlet and used for pre-cooling the circulating water; the filter net is disposed on the side, far away from the shell, of the heat exchange device so as to make gas passthrough the filter net and then enter the heat exchange device; the cleaning device comprises a cleaning spraying portion; and the cleaning spraying portion is movably disposed between the heat exchange device and the filter net and comprises a spraying pipe and a first spraying portion which is disposed on the spraying pipe, the spraying direction of the first spraying portion is designed towardsthe filter net, and the moving direction of the cleaning spraying portion is perpendicular to the extending direction of the spraying pipe.
