The device comprises a pulling rope, hooks, a pulling head, a waterproof ring, a sealing cover, a suspension clasp,a thermometer, a thermometer holder, pH (Potential of Hydrogen) test paper and a pH test paper holder, wherein the upper side of a sampling bucket body is provided with the sealing cover; the waterproof ring is assembled in the sealing cover; the pulling head is assembled in the waterproof ring; the upper end surface of the pulling head is provided with the pulling rope; the left side and the right side of the sampling bucket body are independently provided with the hook; and the lower end surface of the sampling bucket body is provided with the suspension clasp. By use of the design, the problem in the prior art that the water sample can not be effectively and automatically collected is solved, the lower end surface in the sampling bucket body is provided with the thermometer holder, theupper side of the thermometer holder is provided with the thermometer, the lower end surface in the sampling bucket body is provided with the pH test paper holder, and the upper side of the pH test paper holder is provided with the pH test paper.
