Preset duration is taken as a sampling period for periodic collection to obtain change values of the direct operating parameters, meanwhile, the collected change values are compared withpreset floating precision, that is, through time dimension and precision dimension, precision of collection of the direct operating parameters is reduced to avoid collection of redundant data in thedirect operating parameters; and the direct operating parameters corresponding to each time point can be obtained only through value supplementary processing according to second coordinate data with lower dimension of the uploaded data, and the uploaded data size is effectively relieved.
