Problems solved by technology

In many cases, such as in acidic environments, the adsorption and sintering processes used in curing / stabilization techniques result in products that are relatively poorly resistant to leaching
In addition, vitrification technology usually consumes a huge amount of energy, which will consume a huge amount of energy and is uneconomical.
[0004] Chinese Patent Publication No. CN108543517A invented the mixture of red mud and carbon source for oxygen barrier calcination to obtain red mud-based iron-carbon material, and then use red mud-based iron-carbon material to remove heavy metal ions in wastewater. This invention also needs to introduce a large amount of Carbon source consumes more resources and is only suitable for removing heavy metals in water, but not for heavy metals in solid waste
Chinese Patent Publication No. CN105801046A invented a treatment agent consisting of cement curing agent, stabilizing aid, adsorbent and stabilizer, which can stably solidify cadmium-containing waste residue into a solidified body of cadmium-containing waste residue, and then landfill the solidified body of cadmium-containing waste residue , but its curing uses many pharmaceutical products, the processing process is complicated, and the applicability is not strong
Chinese Patent Publication No. CN102560124 introduces a rotary kiln for the harmless recycling of heavy metal solid waste. This method realizes zero discharge of waste water and waste residue, recycling and comprehensive utilization of resources, but its process is prone to secondary pollution; Chinese patent Publication No. CN104475431A introduces a method for stabilizing and solidifying highly toxic waste residues. This method stabilizes and solidifies highly toxic hazardous wastes of mercury, arsenic, chromium, cadmium, and cyanide by using chemical stabilization, coating, and solidification.
However, it needs to be coated and cured multiple times, and the process is complicated and difficult to be widely used in engineering practice.
In addition, this method may be eroded by leachate under acidic conditions, and there is a risk of secondary pollution
Chinese Patent Publication No. CN101824543 introduces the sulfidation treatment of heavy metal waste and the method of recovering valuable metals. This method uses sulfidation method combined with high pressure, high temperature, flotation and other processes to sulfide recovery of valuable metals, and is also used for the sulfide stabilization of heavy metal waste slag. To realize the harmless and resourceful disposal of heavy metal waste slag, but there are problems such as incomplete recovery of heavy metals and high cost
The solidifying agent can solidify the soil and can plant green plants, but the solidification effect on heavy metals is not good. Under acidic conditions, heavy metals are redissolved
Due to the complex phase structure of the waste residue and the low content of valuable metals, the technical difficulty of comprehensive recovery and resource utilization is relatively large. Therefore, the solidified body obtained by the usual stabilization / solidification treatment will cause the containment body to rupture after being affected by external unstable factors. Causes toxic substances in the waste to leach out again

Abstract

The invention provides a method for stabilizing metal copper in waste through generation of spinel. The method comprises the following steps: (1) determining the content of ferric oxide in red mud; (2) smashing the waste containing the metal copper and the red mud according to a weight ratio, mixing, drying a mixture, and further dispersing uniformly to obtain a mixture of the waste and the red mud; (3) molding the mixture obtained in step (2) by pressing; (4) calcining a press-molded sample obtained in step (3) at 900 to 1100 DEG C. According to the method, the industrial waste red mud can bemixed with the waste containing the metal copper continuously, and the dangerous waste can be converted into a crystal product with stable chemical property and high acid resistance by adopting a low-temperature thermal treatment process, so that the waste containing the metal copper is easy to manage, and the risk in environment is lowered; furthermore, through utilization of the red mud, harm of the waste to the environment can be reduced, and the waste can be recycled. A product prepared by the method provided by the invention has the advantages of good leaching resistance, low energy consumption and low cost in an acid environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The application belongs to the field of treatment of heavy metal pollutants in waste, and in particular relates to a method for stabilizing metallic copper in waste through the generation of spinel. Background technique [0002] Rapid industrialization has resulted in the release of more and more heavy metals into the environment. Heavy metal pollution has become a serious environmental problem because, unlike organic substances, heavy metals are not biodegradable, undergo transformation, and accumulate in ecosystems. In addition to causing serious environmental problems, large releases of heavy metals have been linked to increased incidence of fatal diseases. These heavy metal-rich wastes can have adverse impacts on the environment, public health, and the economy if they are not properly treated. Soil and water bodies polluted by heavy metals in many urban and agricultural areas have adverse effects on agricultural production and even human health. ...
