Abstract

The invention discloses a quantitative detection method for vomitoxin in flour. Through an enrichment technology, a high-concentration DON (deoxynivalenol) flour sample is prepared, then, a near infrared spectrum technology is adopted to measure the DON in the high-concentration DON flour sample, and finally, the DON is converted into the DON content of an original flour sample. Through the research, a separated enrichment technology is adopted to improve DON concentration, then, a DON quantitative analysis model based on a BP (Back Propagation) neural network is established, a relevant coefficient is above 0.92, and a modeling effect is good. The R of a neural network model is greatly improved, RMSEP (Root Mean Square Error Of Prediction) is lowered to 0.273ppm from 0.426, and therefore,the stability and the adaption of the model are further improved. A separated and enriched flour prediction set is adopted, so that an error mean square root is relatively small so as to illustrate that a difference with a true value is small. When a large flour factory detects the DON content, a method for directly scanning a flour spectrum can be adopted for carrying out factory leaving measurement, and a preliminary screening and detecting method is provided.
