Abstract

The invention discloses a desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal integrated flue gas purification technology and system. The system comprises a primary dust removing device, a desulfurization and denitrification reaction tower and a secondary dust removing device which are connected in sequence; the primary dust removing device and the secondary dust removing device are a wet cyclone dust collector and a bag type dust collector respectively. Firstly, dust-containing flue gas produced from straw burning in a boiler is subjected to primary dust removal; the flue gas subjected to the primary dust removal is treated by a catalytic converter, and then NO in the flue gas is converted into NO2; after being treated by the catalytic converter, the flue gas enters the desulfurization anddenitrification reaction tower and is subjected to desulfurization and denitrification purification treatment; the flue gas discharged from the desulfurization and denitrification reaction tower is subjected to secondary dust removal; gas subjected to the secondary dust removal and filtration is fed into a chimney through an induced draft fan to be discharged into atmosphere up to standard. Desulfurization and denitrification are completed in the reaction tower once, the system is simplified, the investment is reduced, besides, the desulfurization and denitrification efficiency is high, and the environmental discharge requirement is met.
