Abstract

The invention relates to a base station antenna and a dual polarized antenna oscillator thereof. Each oscillator unit is provided with a main polarization radiation arm and an auxiliary radiation arm,a current extends and flows along the main polarization radiation arm and the auxiliary radiation arm, and the current path is extended and standardized. Further, the main polarization radiation armextends along the polarization direction, so that most of the current path on radiation fins are consistent with the polarization direction of the oscillator unit. The integral area of the current inthe same direction with the polarization direction decides the magnitude of the excitation field intensity. The integral area of the current in the double polarization direction of the antenna oscillator is increased substantially, so that the gain is improved. The current path in the double polarization direction is increased, the current path in the direction vertical to the polarization direction is reduced relatively, and thus, the excited cross polarization current is extremely low, and further the isolation degree is improved effectively. The radiation index of the base station antenna and double polarized antenna oscillator thereof are improved substantially.
