The simulator comprises a culture machine body, wherein a first culture box and a second culture box are mounted in the culture machine body, the first culture box is located on one side of the second culture box, observation windows are inlaid in front surfaces of the first culturebox and the second culture box, adding grooves are formed in upper surfaces of the first culture box and the second culture box, an aeration bin is formed between the first culture box and the secondculture box, an aeration pump is mounted in the aeration bin, two ends of the aeration pump are connected with spray nozzles through aeration pipes, a power slot is formed in the front end surface ofthe aeration bin, drain pipes are mounted at bottoms of the first culture box and the second culture box, and drain valves are mounted in the drain pipes.
