Abstract

The invention discloses a seeding rate online monitoring device based on a linear array CCD. The device is composed of a monitoring device shell, a parallel light source, a condensation convex lens and a linear array CCD. The monitoring device shell is provided with a seed channel along the vertical direction; the parallel light source and the condensing convex lens are oppositely mounted on the two sides of the seed channel; the linear array CCD is mounted on the other side, opposite to the seed channel, of the condensing convex lens; parallel light forms a monitoring plane perpendicular to aseed channel, the parallel light in the monitoring plane is gathered to an effective photosensitive area of a linear array CCD through a condensing lens, seed monitoring and counting are achieved bymonitoring the light intensity change of a photosensitive element on the linear array CCD, and therefore the seeding rate of the seeding machine is monitored. Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that the number of sensitive elements is large, no monitoring blind area exists, small-size seeds can be monitored, and the situation that multiple seeds fall down at the same time can be monitored.
