The hospital management system generates a warehouse-out table or an aid application according to the appliance application and warehousing information, and performs feedback of the warehouse-out table to the user terminal through the platform server. A doctor receives the medical appliance according to the warehouse-out table. The hospital management system generates an authority application after the user receives the medical appliance. The platform server endows the corresponding user terminal of the authority of uploading exchange information according to the authority application. The hospital management system transmits the aid application to the platform server for performing broadcasting. Other hospital management systems generate response information according to the aid application and the warehousing information for performing feedback, thereby increasing the reserving number of the medical appliances in time.
