Abstract

The present invention provides a camera module comprising: a lens assembly including a plurality of lenses; an image sensor for converting an optical signal transferred through the lens assembly intoan electric signal; a gyroscope (gyro) sensor for outputting a variation-amount signal in response to movement of the lens assembly and the image sensor; a stabilization control unit for determining,in response to the variation-amount signal, a first compensation value for optical image stabilization (OIS) and a second compensation value for electronic image stabilization (EIS); and a movement compensation unit for performing image stabilization according to the first compensation value and the second compensation value.
