Abstract

The invention relates to a text-based event detection method. The method comprises the steps that a first data set and a second data set which respectively comprise event instances are acquired, the first data set comprises default trusted event instances, and the second data set comprises default untrusted event instances; and an adversarial network is trained through the first data set and the second data set, and a credible event instance in the second data set is obtained through the trained adversarial network. According to the scheme, a first data set of default credible event instancesis included; and a second data set comprising default untrusted event instances, a generator and a discriminator are trained in the adversarial network; the trained discriminator can accurately discriminate whether the event instance in the second data set is credible or not, the data preparation time is saved, the text-based event detection efficiency is improved, the noise data in the second data set can be accurately eliminated, and the event detection accuracy is improved.
