Abstract

The invention relates to a machining track planning method of a workpiece. The method comprises the following steps: determining the first preset number of reference points needing to be machined of the workpiece according to shape features of the machining track of the workpiece; enabling a movement control system to move in relative to the workpiece according to an indicator, and acquiring space coordinate information of the reference points when the indicator is aligned with the reference points; performing data processing on the space coordinate information of the first preset number of reference points by utilizing reverse engineering software, thereby screening to obtain the second preset number of reference points capable of reconstructing the machining track, and compiling the space coordinate information of the second preset number of reference points as the corresponding track code, wherein the second preset number is less than and equal to the first preset number; modelling the track code of the second preset number of the reference point by utilizing CAD software, thereby constructing to obtain a CAD model of the machining track; and processing the CAD model of the machining track by utilizing the code processing software so as to obtain a numerical control code of the machining track.
