The device comprises a big trolley, a small trolley, a position detecting mechanism and a temperature detecting mechanism, wherein the position detecting mechanism is used for detecting the actual positions of the front end and the rear end of a casting blank; the position detecting mechanism and the temperature detecting mechanism are fixed to a casting machine base at the lower part of a casting blank conveying roller bed; the temperature detecting mechanism is used for detecting the surface temperature of the casting blank; the big trolley is driven by a big trolley driving mechanism to reciprocate along a big trolley guide rail; the small trolley is loaded by the big trolley and is driven by a small trolley driving mechanism to reciprocate along a small trolley track; and a front end cleaning gun and a rear end cleaning gun are loaded on the small trolley and are correspondingly used for preheating and cleaning the front end and the rear end of the casting blank.
