The device comprises a supporting frame, wherein the supporting frame comprises an upper supporting part, and supporting legs which are arranged on the bottom surface of the supporting part; more than two container clamping assemblies are arranged on the upper supporting part; each container clamping assembly comprises a first clamping ring and a second clamping ring which are correspondingly used for clamping two sides of the outer surface wall of the metal packing container; the first clamping ring and the second clamping ring are arc-shaped, and the inner walls of the first clamping ring and the second clamping ring are matched with the outer wall of the clamped metal packing container; the lower end of each first clamping ring is connected to one end of an arc-shaped supporting block through a hinge; the lower end of each second clamping ring is connected to the other end of the arc-shaped supporting block; and the upper ends of the first clamping rings are connected to the upper ends of the second clamping rings through connectors.
