Problems solved by technology

[0002] In the field of reactor technology, the thermocouple sleeve used to measure the temperature in the reactor is usually cylindrical. During the operation of the reactor, the thermometer sleeve in the reactor will be impacted by the high-speed rotating materials in the reactor , will generate a large bending stress at its root, which may cause the thermometer casing to break
[0003] In addition, due to the different materials of the thermometer and the casing, when affected by the temperature in the reactor, the degrees of thermal expansion and contraction are different, resulting in the disconnection of the thermometer and the casing, which may lead to inaccurate temperature measurement results
[0004] At present, a temperature measuring device such as a thermocouple is generally used to measure the temperature in the reactor. If the temperature measuring device is damaged, there is no way to know

Abstract

The invention provides a thermocouple device (1) for measuring the temperature in a reaction kettle. The thermocouple device (1) comprises: a protective sleeve (2) having a first end (21) and an opposite second end (22) and configured as a generally conical sleeve tapering from the second end towards the first end; a thermocouple (3) comprising a shank (31) removably fixedly attached to the second end (22) of the protective sleeve, and a temperature sensor (32) connected to the shank, the temperature sensor extending into the protective sleeve towards the first end (21); and a mounting base (4) used for fixedly mounting the thermocouple device to a reaction vessel, wherein the shank (31) is provided with an elastic bias mechanism (5), the elastic bias mechanism is configured to bias the temperature sensor (32) to allow the temperature sensor (32) to be still in contact with the first end (21) of the protective sleeve when the shank is fixedly connected with the protective sleeve. The present invention further relates to a reaction kettle device equipped with the thermocouple device.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of reactors, in particular to a thermocouple device for measuring the temperature in the reactor and a reactor using the thermocouple device. Background technique [0002] In the field of reactor technology, the thermocouple sleeve used to measure the temperature in the reactor is usually cylindrical. During the operation of the reactor, the thermometer sleeve in the reactor will be impacted by the high-speed rotating materials in the reactor , will generate a large bending stress at its root, which may cause the thermometer casing to break. [0003] In addition, due to the different materials of the thermometer and the casing, when affected by the temperature in the reactor, the degrees of thermal expansion and contraction are different, resulting in the disconnection of the thermometer and the casing, which may lead to inaccurate temperature measurement results. [0004] At present, a temperature measurin...
