Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides the acousto-optic Q-switched ultraviolet laser. Two beams of fundamental frequency laser are subjected to Q switching through the acousto-optic Q-switch to output pulse light, and then light paths of two supporting arms are combined through the beam combiner; the sum frequency light is formed through the sum frequency crystal, and the sum frequency light is focused on the frequency doubling crystal; and ultraviolet monochromatic pulse laser with the specified wavelength is outputted through the beam splitter.
