The ink supply system comprises an ink storage box, an ink conveying mechanism, an ink conveying controller, a liquid level sensor and a reminding unit. The ink storage box is connected with a seal ink storage structure of the sealing machine through the ink conveying mechanism, the ink conveying controller is electrically connected with the ink conveying mechanism in order to control the time when the ink conveying mechanism supplies printing ink of the ink storage box to the seal ink storage structure. The liquid level sensor is arranged in the ink storage box in order to detect the liquid level of the printing ink in the ink storage box. The reminding unit is connected with the liquid level sensor, and when the liquid level of the printing ink is lower than a threshold value, the reminding unit sends reminding information. The ink conveying controller receives clock signals and sealing frequency, the ink conveying mechanism is started by the ink conveying controller at a fixed time interval or when the sealing frequency exceeds the threshold value, full-automatic adding of the printing ink is achieved, manual maintenance is not needed, and the operating cost is greatly reduced.
