Abstract

In order to combine a widely applied applet with question and answer robot construction, the inventor provides a question and answer robot construction method based on the applet, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining operation information of a user on a page; acquiring query information input by a user; transmitting the acquired query information of the user to a server; enabling the server to carry out preset scheme processing on the query information of the user and output a sentence vector; and obtaining the similarity between the query information input by the user and a preset questionnaire in an FAQ text library by using the sentence vector, and searching and outputting a preset number of answer sentences with the highest similarity to the query information input by the user. The invention also provides a question and answer robot construction device based on the applet for realizing the method.
