According to the requirements of a vessel for power at different task stages, theworking states of the intercooling cycle gas turbine are divided, and constraint conditions of the gas turbine under all the working states are determined; all balance working points of the intercooling cycle gas turbine are calculated through a variable working condition model; and a space convex polygon region is drawn according to the constraint conditions, a contour surface of optimization parameters is drawn in the space region, a map is drawn with the methods such as curve extraction, curved surface transverse movement and curved surface intersection, and the optimal steady-state working line is solved. As for the intercooling cycle gas turbine, the optimal steady-state working line can be planned within the range of all the balance points, capable of working, of the gas turbine under the condition of considering the task requirements of the vessel, and a control strategy of the intercooling cycle gas turbine can be formulated.
