The intelligent ethanol blending system comprises an ethanol blending tank, an ethanol finished product tank, a pure ethanol storage tank and a diluted ethanol recovery tank which are in mutual communication, wherein an ethanol addition main pipe and a pure water addition main pipe which are in communication with the ethanol blending tank are respectively provided with a main flow meter; a main density detector is arranged on the ethanol blending tank; an ethanol addition branch pipe connected with the pure ethanol storage tank is provided with a pure ethanol branch flow meter and a pure ethanol control valve; a pure ethanol branch density detector is arranged in the pure ethanol storage tank; a diluted ethanol branch flow meter and a diluted ethanol control valve are arranged on a diluted ethanol addition branch pipe connected with the diluted ethanol recovery tank; and a diluted ethanol branch density detector is arranged in the diluted ethanol recovery tank.
