Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a composite material for removing pigment in a vitamin C solution. The method comprises the following steps: heating activated carbon and silica gel for4-6 hours under the temperature of 80-120 DEG C; mixing the activated active carbon and silica gel based on the mass ratio of 1:1. The invention further provides the composite material for removing the pigment in the vitamin C solution. The composite material prepared according to the method is capable of adsorbing pigments with different molecular weights in vitamin C and achieves multi-adsorbingpigment removing effect. The invention further provides a method for removing the pigment in the vitamin C solution. The method comprises the following steps: adding the carbon material to the vitamin C solution; adding the composite material to the vitamin C solution; adding the activated active carbon and activated silica gel to the vitamin C solution to obtain a mixing solution; heating the mixing solution through water bath. Compared with the conventional un-activated simple pigment removing agent, the method has the advantage that the effect is greatly improved.
