Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent control method for a bus lane. The method comprises the specific steps of (1) obtaining OBD data; (2) calculating the normalized density of a road; (3) estimating the travel time of a vehicle after tailgating; (4) determining an open density window boundary value; (5) judging open conditions in real time; and (6) controlling a traffic control signal system according to the judgment result. The intelligent control method has the benefits that maximum optimization allocation of road resources is achieved under the premise of ensuring the bus traffic priority, and the intelligent control method is of great engineering significance to implementation of a strategy of opening the bus lane.
