Abstract

The invention discloses a stator and a motor comprising the same. The stator comprises a stator winding and a stator core. A baffling air duct is arranged in the stator core, wherein one end of the baffling air duct leads to a winding gap formed between adjacent stator windings, and the other end of the baffling air duct leads to an inner cavity of the stator. The stator also comprises a pluralityof radial ventilation grooves, wherein one end of each radial ventilation groove is communicated with an air gap and the winding gap, and the other end of each radial ventilation groove is communicated with the inner cavity of the stator. By combining the radial ventilation grooves and the baffling air duct, one part of cooling fluid flows through the air gap, the radial ventilation grooves, a cooling rotor and a cooling stator, and the other part of cooling fluid flows through the winding gap, the radial ventilation grooves, the baffling air duct and the cooling stator, so that the internalflow resistance of the motor is reduced, and the motor rotor is cooled.
